Premium Zone space at the Crossroads Card & Memorabilia Show is limited and highly competitive.

 

Premium dealer space at the Crossroads Card & Memorabilia Show is located in high-visibility areas on the main show floor and represents the highest level of placement within the event. As with all areas of the show, Premium placement is curated to highlight vendors with strong presentation, inventory, and overall contribution to the show experience. Due to high demand, Premium space is limited and not all applicants can be accommodated each event. Placement is not based solely on application timing.

Returning Dealers, participated in at least one of the most recent shows (2026) in good standing, receive a 24-hour priority application window prior to general applications opening. Good standing includes Dealers who consistently follow show rules, demonstrate professional conduct, complete payments on time, and have participated in recent events. This priority window allows returning Dealers to apply early and be reviewed first; however, it does not guarantee placement or Premium selection. Placement is curated to ensure a high-quality, balanced show experience and is not determined by application timing alone.
 

When demand exceeds available space, selection may consider:

• Prior participation and positive show history

• Professional booth presentation

• Inventory type and overall category balance

• Sponsorship participation

• Ongoing participation and long-term engagement with the show

• Overall fit within the show layout and experience

Not all qualified applicants can be accommodated in the Premium Location each event. Placement may vary based on demand and category needs. Some applicants may be offered alternative placement options if the Premium Location reaches capacity.
