DEALER FAQ'S
8 ft x 2 ft
An 8 ft tablecloth is provided for each table. Tables must be covered with floor-length tablecloths. Dealer tablecloths with their logo on printed on them are ALLOWED. No visible boxes or storage containers. No signage outside of your booth. No using mall or common-area furnitue and decor. Keep your space clean and professional.
If you wish you have a stand/backdrop up at your booth, but it must not be in the way of any other Dealers. We also ask that you check with people in your area to ensure that it is no in the way.
Each table(s) is for one Dealer (Applicant) only. NO SUBLETTING OR SHARING TABLES WITH OTHER SELLERS. Anyone selling merchandise must be an approved as a Dealer by the organizer. Employees/Helpers are allowed, but they cannot sell their own items. All employees/Helpers at the approved Dealers booth, must be placed on the application for the show. If staff is unknown at the time of application, you will be able to solidify who is at your booth 1 to 2 weeks prior to the show.
Yes! Each Dealer is responsible for their own sales and will submit their tax license for each show. The organizer will submit the Dealers information to the Utah State Tax Commission. Dealers will be sent a tax license by mail after the show by the State of Utah.
Each Dealer (Applicant) will receive a badge to wear for the entire show. All employees/Helpers will received a Dealer Helper badge. The amount of badges received all depends on how many people are at the booth.
Saturday is from 10 am to 9 pm and Sunday is from 12 pm to 6 pm.
Check-In and Set-up is Saturday morning at 8 am. The approved Dealer & their staff must present photo ID(s) at check-in Saturday morning.
Dealers must be set up before the show opens at 9:45 am. Early breakdown is not allowed. Leaving early may result in removal from future shows/No refunds. Booths must remained staffed during show hours.
Yes, there is 24 hour security on the premises. We suggest taking loose cards and items with you overnight. Most Dealers leave their empty cases and shelving covered for the night. This is always at the discretion of the Dealer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, damage to merchandise, and/or personal injury.

Dealers park in the North parking lot by Round One.
Attendees can park in the Southwest parking lot and enter by Homegoods. The show is in the atrium right in front of Homegoods.
