Standard Application Process
You must submit an application for a booth space. All applications will be considered on an individual basis. Read the SELECTION SECTION below for how applications are considered for Standard Location.
Dealer applications open June 24, 2026 @ 9 am. Applications will remain open until June 28, 2026. After that, a waitlist will be available for the August 22 & 23 show.
You will receive an email if your booth has been approved, denied, or waitlisted. Not all qualified applicants can be accommodated in the Standard Location each event. Placement may vary based on demand and category needs. Some applicants may be offered alternative placement options if Standard space reaches capacity.

Standard Zone Placement
Standard Zone placement is designed to deliver a high-energy, well-balanced marketplace across all major collecting categories.
Standard dealer space is located on the main show floor and represents the core of the Crossroads Card & Memorabilia Show experience. As with all areas of the event, Standard placement is curated to maintain a strong balance across trading card games, sports cards, memorabilia, and other collectibles.
Due to high demand, not all applicants can be accommodated each event. Placement is determined through a review of each application and is not based solely on application submission time.
Standard Zone Selection Considerations
When demand exceeds available space, placement decisions may consider:

Inventory type and overall category balance

Professional booth presentation and display quality

Prior participation and positive show history

Overall fit within the show layout and attendee experience
Additional Information
Not all qualified applicants can be accommodated in the Standard Zone each event. Placement may vary from show to show based on demand, category representation, and overall event needs.
Applicants who are not selected for the Standard Zone may be offered placement in another show area if space is available.
Applicants may indicate placement preferences during the application process; however, final placement decisions are made by show management.
