Upstairs Application Process
You must submit an application for a booth space. All applications will be considered on an individual basis. Read the SELECTION SECTION below for how applications are considered for Upstairs Location.
Dealer applications open June 24, 2026 @ 9 am. Applications will remain open until June 28, 2026. After that, a waitlist will be available for the August 22 & 23 show.
You will receive an email if your booth has been approved, denied, or waitlisted. Not all qualified applicants can be accommodated in the Upstairs Location each event. Placement may vary based on demand and category needs.

Upstairs Dealer Area Placement
To support continued growth and strong Dealer demand, Crossroads features an Upstairs Dealer Area.
Located directly above the main show floor, the Upstairs Dealer Area overlooks the event while remaining fully integrated into the overall show experience. Collectors regularly move between both levels throughout the weekend, creating consistent traffic and engagement for Dealers in this area.
The Upstairs Dealer Area is also home to the Crossroads Collector Corner, a featured interactive hub designed to bring collectors together. Activities may include casino-style games, VIP experiences, trading opportunities, pack openings, hobby discussions, and other community-focused attractions that encourage attendee participation throughout the event.
Dealers in this area benefit from a dynamic, community-driven environment where collectors gather to interact, trade, and engage with the hobby.
Due to high demand, not all applicants can be accommodated each event. Placement is determined through a review of each application and is not based solely on application submission time.

When demand exceeds available space, placement decisions may consider:

Additional Information
Not all qualified applicants can be accommodated in the Upstairs Dealer Area each event. Placement may vary from show to show based on demand, category representation, and overall event needs.
Applicants may indicate placement preferences during the application process; however, final placement decisions are made by show management.
Applicants who are not selected for their preferred placement area may be offered placement in another show area if space is available.

Receive a social media post as a Dealer Spotlight.
Hang your Dealer banner on the upstairs railing which overlooks the atrium of the event. We will make you a banner to hang if you need one. Banner is a 2 ft x 3 ft for $28.
