Upstairs Application Process

You must submit an application for a booth space.  All applications will be considered on an individual basis. Read the SELECTION SECTION below for how applications are considered for Premium Zone.

 

Returning Dealers, participated in at least one of the most recent shows (2026) in good standing, receive a

24-hour priority application window prior to general applications opening.

  • Returning Dealer applications open March 30, 2026. Submissions must be received by March 31, 2026, for priority Dealer applicants, for the May 30 & 31, 2026 show for consideration.

  • General Dealer applications open March 31, 2026 if capacity hasn't been reached. Submissions must be received by April 1, 2026, for general Dealer applicants, for the May 30 & 31, 2026 show for consideration.

 

You will receive an email if your booth has been approved, denied, or waitlisted.  Not all qualified applicants can be accommodated in Premium each event. Placement may vary based on demand and category needs. Some applicants may be offered alternative placement options if Premium space reaches capacity.

Upstairs Application Selection

To support continued growth and strong Dealer demand, Crossroads features an Upstairs Dealer Area.

This area offers additional Dealer space which fully overlooks the show while remaining fully integrated into the overall event experience, with steady traffic from collectors throughout the weekend.

 

Within the Upstairs Dealer Area, Crossroads Collector Corner serves as a featured interactive hub, including casino-style games, exclusive VIP rooms, and live hobby experiences, drawing strong engagement from attendees. Dealers in this area benefit from a dynamic, community-driven environment where collectors gather to trade, open packs, and participate in interactive activities.

 

Returning Dealers, participated in at least one of the most recent shows (2026), in good standing receive a 24-hour priority application window prior to general applications opening. Good standing includes Dealers who consistently follow show rules, demonstrate professional conduct, complete payments on time, and have participated in recent events. This priority window allows returning Dealers to apply early and be reviewed first; however, it does not guarantee placement or Upstairs selection. Placement is curated to ensure a high-quality, balanced show experience and is not determined by application timing alone.
 

When demand exceeds availability, selection may consider:

  • Inventory type and overall category balance

  • Professionalism and booth presentation

  • Prior participation and positive show history

  • Overall fit within the show experience

Choose top 3 preferred Dealer location in the Upstairs Location. (We will try to accommodate one of those choices or a choice very close by)

Receive a social media post as a Dealer Spotlight.

Hang your Dealer banner on the upstairs railing which overlooks the atrium of the event. We will make you a banner to hang if you need one. Banner is a 2 ft x 3 ft for $28.
